We use personal information to:

  • provide core app functionality and account services;
  • secure accounts and prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access;
  • manage trial eligibility and anti-abuse controls;
  • process deletion requests and maintain required legal/security records;
  • operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and improve service reliability;

5. Legal Basis and Consent

Depending on jurisdiction and context, we process data based on:

  • your consent;
  • performance of our contract with you;
  • legitimate interests (such as service security and fraud prevention);
  • legal obligations.

Where consent is required, you may withdraw it subject to legal/technical constraints.

6. Anti-Abuse and Security Controls

To protect users and service integrity, we apply controls that may include:

  • multi-dimensional request quotas and cooldown logic;
  • anti-abuse records based on hashed identifiers;
  • trial abuse prevention controls, including cooldown windows and signup attempt limits.

These controls may affect trial eligibility and access behavior where abuse-risk indicators are detected.

7. Sharing and Disclosure

We may share information with:

  • cloud, authentication, storage, and infrastructure providers;
  • platform providers (for example, Apple/Google) for account or billing workflows;

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

8. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in jurisdictions outside your province/state/country, including locations where our service providers operate. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the transfer context.

9. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as needed for business, legal, and security purposes.

Retention generally follows these principles:

  • account and profile data: retained while your account is active, then deleted upon verified deletion request except as noted below;
  • security and anti-abuse records: retained for fraud/security prevention windows and for reasonable additional periods where required for investigations, dispute handling, or legal compliance;
  • temporary recovery/session artifacts: expire operationally on short windows but related metadata may be retained for security and audit controls.

Where law requires longer retention, we retain only what is required.

10. Account Deletion and Data Deletion Requests

If your app account supports deletion:

  • you can initiate deletion in-app; and
  • you can submit deletion via web at: https://dictoeaso.com/legal/account-deletion.

When deletion is fulfilled, we delete account-linked data from active systems except data we are required or permitted to retain for legitimate purposes (for example fraud prevention, security incident response, legal compliance, accounting, and dispute resolution).

11. Your Privacy Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request:

  • access to your personal information;
  • correction of inaccurate information;
  • deletion of personal information;
  • portability of eligible information;
  • withdrawal of consent where processing is consent-based.

To submit a request, contact: support@dictoeaso.com. We may verify identity before fulfilling requests.

Where we send commercial electronic messages, we follow applicable consent and unsubscribe requirements. You can unsubscribe from marketing messages; service/transactional messages may still be sent where necessary for account or legal operations.

13. Security Measures

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
